I loved staying here, the breakfast was cheap with broader options. The room was good-sized and relaxing with bags in hand, had a good night's sleep.

Its location in Miami was great and lovely, next to W Miami south beach and great shops. The lunch in A Family right by the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Fairly clean hotel, courteous employees with the management. Marvellous location, not very far from a two-story open air shopping center. Based close to great shops, the bayside, and the entire bay. Huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely view of the Miami downtown from the window.

The location was great and lovely - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was great-sized and relaxing, especially a magnificent view of the harbor from the window.

I recently stayed at W Hotel in a great location near the bay for a few nights. The hotel was spotlessly clean with a lovely fragrance in the lobby. George at the front desk was incredibly helpful, checking us in early and assisting with our departure. The pool, although shared with apartments, was a nice place to relax.

The location was brilliant .. The Residences was situated in Brickell Ave. close to Midtown Miami, Bay Side and within 10 mins drive to South Beach! It was also close to American Airlines Arena where we were attending a show. The Rooftop, and swimming pools were AMAZING not only during day time but even at night. They also had the easiest check-in / check-out system and i simply felt at home.

Valet used to take long time to bring our car from the parking. We were a group of 3 and we only got one key and one card for the elevator which was inconvenient sometimes.

Convenient for downtown Miami, reasonably easy to get some places without a car, walking distance to shops, eateries, supermarket. Swimming pool area is exceptionally spacious and pool is huge, about 50m and very quiet..

Didn't bother with a car due to cost of parking, absoutely extortionate. Residence did not have a hairdryer, had to go buy one the first night I was there. There were no instructions on how to use anything such as oven, microwave, TV. Receptionist on check in sent me up to apt but did not give me a card to use lift so sat in the lift fo 5 mins going no way as no card to activate lift.

We appreciated the hotel, not expensive breakfast.

Our location was great and lovely on the river. A cool bonus was nearby Lamuse Restaurant & Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

Loved my decent stay on a business trip. Booked a room with decent views of the harbor. The location was great and unbelievable for walking around Brickell City Centre.

The hotel is fairly large with very nice and polite stuff members.

Large downtown highrise with great amenities and a spectacular pool complex. Friendly and efficient staff, with prompt service at the front desk. Good location, with the bayside just a short walk away. Immaculately clean property with a nice lobby. Helpful staff member at the front desk. Would recommend for a luxurious stay.

Very enjoyable stay, beautiful room, very helpful and professional staff, fantastic facilities and location. Overall a wonderful stay.

Good Location

Staff were rude, Elite were not contactable. TV did not work, no bedding for pull out bed, left in lobby awaiting agent who never showed - reception had the key but it took a change of staff for us to get checked in. Car parking a joke, staff only interested in tips.......my tip go somewere else

This hotel is a great place to stay for one night, as it is conveniently located near the Miami circle and Miami tower, with the Brickell tube station just a 5-minute walk away.
